(More customer reviews)These guys didn't taste quite as good as the real thing, but they didn't taste like fake sugar either. A few of them were a little too sweet for my taste, but most of them were just right as far as sweetness is concerned.
(I can't comment on whether or not they are okay for diabetics as I only don't eat sugar because it makes me break out.)
