(More customer reviews)I'm getting lazy in my old age, I suppose, and it's easier for me to make up a batch of this Duncan Hines cookie mix now. My husband doesn't like hard cookies, and these stayed nice and soft. We live in a high altitude, so I usually add about 1/3 cup flour to the mix. Also it's important to slightly underbake them, then let them set up on the cookie sheet after baking. I use a small ice cream scoop to make uniform cooies, and one box makes a little over 2 dozen of this size cookie. Just the right size for us! It's easy to add some oatmeal, coconut, or nuts to this easy mix for a change.
Great mix to have on hand when you need a batch of chocolate chippers quick!
