I'm a teacher and my co-workers really seem to love these. I'll bake a few dozen and put them in the teacher's lounge. They are gone within minutes. Not even a crumb left behind! I order the mixes in packs of 12 from Amazon every few months so I'll always be ready to bake something if a special occasion arises. Whenever I have a chocolate craving, I grab a box of these from my cabinet and they're ready in about 20 minutes. I love these right out of the oven with a cup of coffee or tea. Warning: It's impossible to eat only one muffin. They're so yummy, I usually have two or three!
