(More customer reviews)I am no tea snob, but have enjoyed lots of Chai's available in the grocery store, and thought I would step up. This was not it. First, I was a little put off by how moist (damp) the product seems. Not sure if it is related, but it leads to a really weak cup of tea. I also so of get a musty aftertaste. Just too much emphasis on the additional flavorings, and not enough on the tea. A real disappointment.
