(More customer reviews)I bought this because I wanted an instant cappuccino mix free of transfats. It's fairly tasty, but it doesn't compare well to my favorite transfat brand in terms of mouth feel. If you're accustomed to a thick, creamy powdered cappuccino mix like Land o' Lakes, you're in for disappointment. The Victorian Inn mix is thin and watery by comparison, even if you double the amount of powder used, saturating the hot water (and yet, the Victorian Inn mix packs more calories into a single serving). On the other hand, if you're accustomed to the International Coffee tins of cappuccino powder, you'll feel right at home with the Victorian Inn powder and can switch without reservation.
