(More customer reviews)I wanted a more organic solution instead of the WHEY PROTEIN you see in the stores that has all kinds of additives.
I moved to a more organic diet with almost no red meat. I mix this into my baking; mix it into after workout protein shakes. In hindsight I would have preferred a large bag like this mixed in with vanilla (at the same great price) to taste better, but with this one i can mix into my baking without affecting the taste.
This doesn't mix as easily with water like most of the WHEY at retail boxes that has lots of additives. I suggest mixing the whey in with water evenly before adding in other items.
