My husband loves hot, spicy foods and these are perfect for sprinkling a little fire here and there and you can decide how much, The Blanco Diablo is amazingly hot- so look out! Loved the Vanilla Bourdon, too- exceptional on desserts and the Lime Ole was perfect on my Margs! I tried the other samplers, too- Gourmet Pacific and the World Gourmet- this is a nice addition to the line-up! Highly recommended!
