I'll be honest the flavor is not for the faint of heart, it's somewhat comparable to an Altoid with even more kick. Even so, it does in fact give you measurable amounts of energy while, chewing it! It is somewhat addicting, as I bought some in to the work and had people asking for it on a daily basis. I find this gum works on people with a lower tolerance of caffeine,as the amount of it inside the gum is mininum. Worth a try if you want to try something new. **Beware, it does numb the mouth just a little!*
