I have a lot of allergies, so I am often making things from scratch for myself. One of the things I have to make is chocolate, and these little cocoa butter bits are perfect for blending in with baker's chocolate to get a smooth, shiny base. I'm also working on a white chocolate recipe and cinnamon roll frosting with them. Very good for the money.
