Biringer Farms cookies are a locally made product in Washington State. A few years ago, for special occasions, I started a tradition of sending the cookies to out of state family. My family would not be happy with me if they went a whole year without these cookies! This isn't a mass produced product. It's a well crafted one. That means it's pricey and usually a special occasion purchase for me.
