It is the best hot chocolate I've tasted; more chocolatey than the belgium type. I've made it with hot water and its great and its outstanding with hot milk! The "hint of mint" in this one makes it superb! I'd recommend it to any chocolate lover! It's often my birthday present! Sooo special! Truely gourmet! The special tin keeps it fresh too! Mary
