(More customer reviews)I bought this because I needed to make fudge and this was the only cocoa powder my grocery store had besides cheap cheap stuff. I've only used this to make fudge and hot cocoa so far because i can't bake with it because most recipes call for dutch-processed. It's fine for those things though. I think I'll look for something fair trade and dutch-processed next time I buy cocoa powder. It is, however, better than their non-dairy drink mix powder, which tasted very bitter to me.
