We are absolutely certain you will love our cookies. Why bake a cookie when you can brew it? We start with organic, Fair Trade, shade grown coarsely ground espresso roasted Arabica beans. We blend the expresso beans into a specially formulated moist cookie dough. Then we slowly bake the cookies allowing the espresso to thoroughly brew into each cookie. Unlike an cookie you have tasted before.
