My nephew from Philly and his wife (a native of Japan) sent me this wonderful tin of Yoku Moku cookies, while visiting her parents. After picking up at the post office, I sat in my car and opened one of the individually wrapped cookies (but was not able to read the wrapper in dim light. ) So I thought I was eating a plain (but delicious) butter cookie, which just melted in my mouth.
When I got home and sampled again, I noticed the wrapper said "Double Chocolat Blanc"...which is white chocolate. Turns out these little cookies are all natural and hand made butter cookies (no chemicals), with a small and creamy layer of white chocolate inside.
Thanks, John and Yuki, for such a sweet treat :)
