These are reallyreally good. Just like a truffle, only with carob substituting for chocolate (which I don't eat, among other things: dairy/ soy/ refined sugar). The "cookie" is super moist, just like a giant sized truffle in taste & texture. And the wonderful thing with this line I've noticed is that you don't have to think about the ingredients, because they use only the best (organic) and keep the list short. This recipe also incorporates olives & olive oil which I found worrisome when I picked up a couple for the first time. But it WORKS!
Whole Foods stopped carrying this a week after I discovered them. Hope I can still get these on Amazon!!!!!
