(More customer reviews)This is a dutch process cocoa so it isn't as good for baking as baking cocoa. It is a cheaper alternative. Especially when you go organic. I gave it 4 stars only because it's not as good as non dutch process. I guess that isn't fair, but I bought it for baking purposes. Despite this, I think it is worth buying. Oh & it's lighter in color than baking cocoa.
